The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight round match which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the two fighters met personally to build hype for next month's boxing match.
Ex two time world boxing king Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I'm going to damage his features and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to seriously aim to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of such comments, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically famous for his showmanship - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead attacked ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he's present here," the boxer stated.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua declined to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter remains one of the sport's largest financial successes, consistently making huge financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would prevent the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for 2026.
"It will be my match with Fury next year," Paul said.
Size Disparity
As both boxers engaged in the traditional confrontation, with their height and weight contrast clearly visible, it drove home just how unlikely this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is really happening.
